Employee Login Instructions


Step 1

Sign Out of any Microsoft accounts

Step 2

Sign in with your email address

You must use the correct domain when signing in. See the chart below.

Step 3

Enter your password.

Use your computer login password and/or your wvm webmail password.

If you have never accessed your email account then your default Password is Wvm@{6-digit birthdate}
Example: If your birthdate is June 23, 1999 then your password would be Wvm@062399

If you have not set up password recovery, and you no longer remember your password. Contact the Helpdesk at 408-741-2696.

Password change may be required, click the link below for guidance.

Step 4

Set up security questions

Your first time logging in, you will be required set up security questions for password recovery.

Additional Info Required

Set up at least one security option.

Office Phone
If you do not have an office phone, this option does not apply. This option is not configurable.
Authentication Phone
You will have the option of receiving a text or phone call.
Authentication Email
This should be a personal email account.
Security Questions
For this option you will choose 3 pre-defined questions.

This information is stored with Microsoft. It is not stored in any district system.

Arrive at Employee Portal

When Security Questions are complete you will arrive at the Employee Portal.
