Employee Login Instructions


Step 1

Click the link to the Employee Portal

Enter your User ID.

For existing employees, this is the same account that you have been using to access computer and email.
However, you must use your desktop/email login ID with the ID suffix as shown below.

Step 2

Enter your password.

If you have used your email and/or computer login account before, your password has not changed.

If you have never accessed your email account then your Initial Password is Wvm@{6-digit birthdate}
Example: If your birthdate is June 23, 1999 then your password would be Wvm@062399

If you have not set up password recovery, and you no longer remember your password. Contact the Helpdesk at 408-741-2696.

Password change may be required, click the link below for guidance.

Step 3:

Set up security questions

Your first time logging in, you will be required set up security questions for password recovery.

Additional Info Required

It is recommended to set up as many options as possible.

Office Phone
If you do not have an office phone, this option does not apply. This option is not configurable.
Authentication Phone
This must be a phone that can receive texts.
Authentication Email
This cannot be your work email account.
Security Questions
For this option you will choose 3 pre-defined questions.

This information is stored with Microsoft. It is not stored in any district system.

Arrive at Employee Portal

When Security Questions are complete you will arrive at the Employee Portal.
